  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • Panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) or air fryer to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, onion, garlic, ginger, and salt. Gradually whisk in non-dairy milk until smooth.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then roll in Panko crumbs.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes; flip each piece and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown. For air frying, cook for 15–25 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. In another bowl, mix Thai sweet chili sauce and vegan mayo until well combined.
  6. Toss baked cauliflower wings in the bang bang sauce and serve immediately.
