- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (divided)

- 8 pecan halves
- Fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Fill each sweet potato round with the mashed mixture and top with a pecan half.
